Woodworking Matters

It may only be an attempt to create something that feel solid in a world of impermanence but this kind of progress means something to me. A week before the exhibition, I took some snapshots of making Mediocre set. Don't know why the hell this means so much to me.
Being a woodworker means you know the satisfaction and pride comes from using your hands and mind to build beautiful, functional objects of your own kind. You get high in the process as the outcome. Amid the speed and chaos of the modern world, wood-working gives us a place where we can slow down, pay attention and take the time to do things right.
